She sat under the ministry of her grandparents Eddie K and Ruth Alice Revis, until her late teens. She now serves as the Co-Pastor of City of God Church, Springfield, Ohio.

Serving diligently with her husband William R. Stout “Bill” was destined for ministry from birth and has constantly been under the influence of Godly men and women.

She also serves as Co-Founder with her husband William for Inside Out an Inner City Ministry in Springfield, OH serving at-risk youth and their families since 1998. Through venues such as the Inside Out Day Care, (a state licensed daycare) Inside Out Café, (serving over 15,000 free meals monthly) and Inside Out Youth Homes, (a home for nearly 30 youth the last ten years and also a resource for low income families) she is committed to “joining the Lord” in the work He does so that lives can be changed from the Inside Out through Jesus Christ.

Debra attended the Christian Life School of Theology and was licensed through Christ Life Ministers Fellowship in 2003. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, is a Ten year Veteran of the United States Navy/Marine Corps and served as a marketing representative with Highmark for seventeen years.
